Design

CAMplete Port™ provides powerful, yet easy to use tools to simplify and streamline the surface creation process. The result is high quality port surfaces in less time. With support for Rennishaw’s native scan file format and IGES and APT files from your existing CAD/CAM packages, getting your data into CAMplete Port couldn’t be easier.

From there, easy to use surface fitting tools give you complete control over your port’s shape. You can easily Undo and Redo most tasks so no change is final until you decide it is.

Create

Using CAMplete Port’s simple wizard interface you can create a variety of 5-Axis finish and roughing tool paths. CAMplete Port optimizes tool motion to produce consistent, gouge free tool paths every time. Automated tool path planning ensures that your paths are optimized and interference free. You maintain total control over the tool path creation process so you get the results you want and need.

CAMplete Port™ even provides advanced tool path options, such as the ability to have plunge paths, spiral paths and spiral off paths.

Want to make a small change to the parameters you set? No problem, CAMplete Port can quickly regenerate tool paths without having to re-calculate the entire path.

Post

Once you have your tool paths just the way you want them, CAMplete Port’s integrated post processor generates your G-Code based on the format you specify. The integrated editing tools let you fine tune your paths and G-Codes for all your projects.

Simulate

Integrated machine models provide fast and accurate visualization of how your tool paths will run, but that’s not all. CAMplete Port uses the same technology found in CAMplete TruePath to check the true machine motion.
